Amy Nolen has extensive experience as designer and decorator to many professional athletes and local business owners in North Texas. What started for Amy as a passion has turned into a successful career filled with wonderful relationships with her clients. Over ten years, Amy has built a business known for honesty, integrity and commitment by treating every home as if it was her own. For Amy, each design and build is more than a project, it's a unique and artistic creation.
JANE HALEY
Jane Haley (Mother to Clint) has been in and around single family construction since 1974 when she first began building custom homes in Corpus Christi, TX. Jane has extensive experience in design and project management and has overseen the construction of over 500 homes throughout her career. Jane is currently a Partner in the business and spends her time focused on design and construction management.
CHASE WOOD
Chase has over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential design and construction both domestically and internationally. Having worked with other high-level general contracting and subcontracting firms in his career, Chase brings a strong background of project execution management and a vision for organizational and cultural growth. Chase holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Tyler and an MBA in Construction Project Management from Lamar University.”
MONICA BUSKUHL
Monica graduated with a bachelor of science degree in interior design from the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating, she moved to Dallas to pursue a career in corporate design at a large local architecture firm, where she worked for 7 years, before deciding to stay home to focus on raising her children. Her continued love for all things design related inspired her to join Nolen Homes to pursue her lifelong passion.”
CLINT NOLEN
Clint, an advisor of Nolen Homes, grew up in a family of land and home developers and is currently the Managing Partner of Kalterra, a commercial development and construction company. Clint graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA with finance & real estate focus from Southern Methodist University. Clint served six years on the City of Dallas Zoning Board of Adjustment holding the position of Vice Chairman and four years as Vice President of the City of Dallas Housing Finance Corporation.
