What started for Amy as a passion has turned into a successful career filled with wonderful relationships with her clients. Over ten years, Amy has built a business known for honesty, integrity and commitment by treating every home as if it was her own. For Amy, each design and build is more than a project, it's a unique and artistic creation.
TANYA JENKINS
Tanya Jenkins is a seasoned Construction Superintendent with over 30 years of experience specializing in large-scale multifamily and hospitality projects. She has a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential communities on time and within budget, with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and team coordination. Tanya excels at overseeing all phases of construction—from groundbreaking to project handover—while ensuring adherence to building codes and quality standards. Since January 1, 2025, she has shifted her focus to the luxury single-family market, where she has been instrumental in bringing her commercial construction expertise, systems, and safety protocols into the world of high-end custom homebuilding.


MONICA BUSKUHL
Monica graduated with a bachelor of science degree in interior design from the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating, she moved to Dallas to pursue a career in corporate design at a large local architecture firm, where she worked for 7 years, before deciding to stay home to focus on raising her children. Her continued love for all things design related inspired her to join Nolen Homes to pursue her lifelong passion.”
CLINT NOLEN
Clint, an advisor of Nolen Homes, grew up in a family of land and home developers and is currently the Managing Partner of Kalterra, a commercial development and construction company. Clint graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA with finance & real estate focus from Southern Methodist University. Clint served six years on the City of Dallas Zoning Board of Adjustment holding the position of Vice Chairman and four years as Vice President of the City of Dallas Housing Finance Corporation.
