Jane Haley (Mother to Clint) has been in and around single family construction since 1974 when she first began building custom homes in Corpus Christi, TX. Jane has extensive experience in design and project management and has overseen the construction of over 500 homes throughout her career. Jane is currently a Partner in the business and spends her time focused on design and construction management.

As a current project manager for Nolen Homes and former CEO of Original Wood Designs and Hadley’s Custom Millwork, Rick Hadley has over 40 years of experience in the custom home market. Rick studied architectural engineering and psychology at the University of Central Oklahoma and later began his career in 1979 working as cabinet maker and finish carpenter. Rick’s depth of executive experience in the high end residential space—from conception and design to construction and installation—enables him to execute each project at Nolen Homes as scheduled, on budget, and in line with the client’s original vision. Rick is guided by a conviction that effective listening and an open line of communication are the keys to ensuring that each stage of the home’s development materializes inline with the client’s ideal.

Grace Voorheis joined Nolen Homes in 2021. She was born and raised in Dallas, TX. In May of 2021, she graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelors of Architecture, a Bachelors in Real Estate Development, and a minor in Business.
